The Re-Rope Service is available to ALL Tigga Towers and TT Luxury Cat Tower sisal cat scratching posts. Age and length of the post is no problem :)

What to do

Remove your pole(s) from the tower and wrap in cardboard paper or black bin liner well taped to seal for transit.
Select a courier company to return using a 'tracked service'
Sam will refurbish, re rope and return your post (s) with a new 2 year guarantee
Price includes return shipping of your scratching post(s)

Why not order a care kit to clean and re seal your wood / bamboo base.

Delivery:

Subject to return date please allow 5 - 10 working days. Sam will confirm once return received.

NOTE - In some rare instances your post may not able to be re roped. If this is the case Sam will contact you if this is the case to arrange the purchase of a new sisal scratching post.

Processing of orders:

We will begin to make your tower / tower parts to the specification required.

Our website quotes delivery times will be between 4 – 6 weeks subject to stock.

On receipt of your order, we will confirm the delivery date

Once your order is complete and ready to ship

1. We will contact you to arrange delivery via our courier.

2. We use an insured tracked service depending on your address.

3. Please make sure we have contact details to allow us to pass to our couriers.

4. Our couriers will then contact you with updates on ETA and on the day of delivery in most cases a time slot will be given.

5. You will be required to be home to receive your delivery

6. Please check all packing when signing for your order

7. In the unlikely event of any damage please contact me within 48 hours with photo’s

UK Delivery:

Delivery charges include secure packing for all Cat Towers, Insurance and tracked delivery slots to UK Mainland.

For Non-UK mainland addresses or international orders please contact us for shipping charges and any expected customs charges.

TT Luxury Cat Towers reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that incur additional charges if the correct delivery address is not given.

We will contact you to advise if this is the case and offer you chance to pay any additional fees or cancel.

Overseas Delivery:

If you wish to place an order but live overseas, please contact us so we can arrange delivery and custom charges.

Please inspect your goods thoroughly as soon as possible after delivery. If your order arrives damaged or faulty please inform us within 5 days of receiving the order.

If your order is clearly damaged on delivery, we would advise you to inform the delivery driver, make a note on the delivery document and contact us as soon as possible.

In the event your wish to return your order due you are covered under the 'Distance Selling Regulations'. Returns must be notified in writing and sent via a 'tracked' service. All packaging and labels must be in tact. Once received your order will be refunded. Shipping will not be refunded unless item is faulty as per 'Sale of Goods Act'.

TT Luxury Cat Towers offer a unique 2 year guarantee on all our Cat Towers. No other products are included. Below are the guidelines. When you purchase a pole, you will receive a receipt dated with your name and product details. This will act as your guarantee and proof of purchase.

Please see product care for some advice on how to look after your TT Luxury Cat Towers product.

The 2 year guarantee covers the construction aspects of your pole including the materials used. The issue will be assessed and either repaired or a replacement issued.

Please note this guarantee is subject to allow for reasonable wear and tear to items such as the sisal rope. We reserve the right to refuse repair/replacement if we believe a fault is the result of accidental damage. TT Luxury Cat Towers are designed as indoor poles. For a suitable outdoor and weather resistant pole please contact us.

Please note wood is not suitable for extreme changes in temperature. If you wish to place your tower next to a radiator, in a conservatory then a granite base with wicker beds is the best option.

Re roping my TT cat tower

Comunication was excellent timing the delivery to when we were available.

The actual re-roping of our old post was excellent this is why we bought a Tigga Tower several years ago so we could re-rope and not have to land fill when the tower got worn like we have done with several towers of lesser quality before. We would pay £100+ for a tower that would be trashed and replaced with in a year suddenly the cost of a more substantial and much higher quality with re usable parts made so much sense.

We have had our Tigger Tower several years and it's been in excellent condition, it only needed the one post re-ropeing so we sent it off and now it's like new again. :)
I'm very pleased with the service we have received.
